- Professional clearance & handover: Our experienced team clears the property on your preferred date. Reusable items go right back into the circular economy, while everything else is disposed of sustainably. We hand over the rooms completely broom-clean.

- Base rate: If the property contains no reusable items, you pay 100% of the clearance costs. Even in this case, we guarantee fair prices and eco-friendly disposal.
- Partial discount: If there is usable furniture, well-preserved clothing, or other sellable items that we can offer in our Brocki, your total bill will be reduced accordingly.
- Completely free: If we clear genuine design classics, valuable antiques, or highly sought-after modern furniture, your discount can cover up to 100% of the cost. In this case, the entire clearance is completely free of charge for you.
